The Friends of Jesmond Dene rely on your donations to continue with the preservation and maintenance of the Dene.

In our Autumn 2025 newsletter, you can read about Abbey, the new Pets Corner pig, the forgotten stepping stones and the case of the disappearing hall.

This edition includes the exciting plans for The Ouse Burn Way, as proposed and supported by the Reece Foundation. This intends to create a continuous pedestrian, cycle and wildlife route between the Tyne and Weetslade, along the path of the Ouseburn wherever possible.
You can also read about Armstrong’s Legacy in Venice, as well as recent updates we’ve been making to the Dene.
